Mission
We are starting with one event, run properly. Then the next.
Jiu-jitsu competition has grown faster than the events that host it. Athletes train for months and then spend event day waiting on a mat that is three hours behind, in a bracket that was never matched properly.
NEXTWAVE exists to fix that. Schedules that hold, brackets that are fair, rules published in advance, and results that count toward something beyond one afternoon. The rankings, the seasons and the circuit are built on top of that — earned, not announced.

Register
Pick your division online. Pricing tiers are published up front — no surprise day-of fees.
Step 02
Brackets published
Your bracket goes live before event day so you know your division size and who you face.
Step 03
Weigh-in window
Same-day weigh-ins in a clearly posted window, in the attire you compete in.
Step 04
Mats on time
Mats start on the published order. Medals presented mat-side when your bracket ends.

Every system on this site — rankings, academy standings, athlete profiles, seasons — was built for a national circuit and launched with our first event. We would rather grow into the structure than fake it.
